Uninsured patients are always welcome, and payment plans are available. For restorative needs, Dr. Rose’s AEGD residency and U.S. Army dental experience means Westwood Lakes patients can receive dental implants, bone grafting, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, extractions, and more — all in-house, without specialist referrals. Our cosmetic dentistry services include Invisalign, veneers, teeth whitening, bonding, and smile makeovers.
