Proper Brushing

How to Floss

Wrap the loss into a "C" shape and in between the spaces between the teeth in an up and down motion.  Wipe both sides of the tooth. Repeat.

Place your toothbrush against your gums at a 45 degree angle.  Brush back and forth, with a circular motion.  Brush the outer surfaces, and then the inner surfaces. Brush the chewing surfaces both on the upper & lower arch. Turn your toothbrush vertically to brush the upper and lower inside front teeth.  Don't forget your tongue. Use only a soft toothbrush or electric brush.

Hold the floss between your thumbs and forefingers and gently glide the floss in a rubbing motion.

Wrap an 18" piece of floss around your middle finger on one hand, and another finger on the other hand that will take up the used floss.
